A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Planning Manager in Derby to oversee planning for defence engineering projects. The role requires experience in Primavera P6 and SC Clearance. You will develop and control project schedules, perform risk analysis, and liaise with engineering teams. This hybrid position offers benefits including a car allowance and bonuses.

Our Major Client in Derby are currently seeking a Planning Manager to join their ever-growing Planning team working on prestigious defence Engineering projects.
- per annum plus car/car allowance, bonus, travel & benefits
- Hybrid - Home & Derby
- Develop, manage, and control integrated programme schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring NEC contract compliance and alignment with client requirements.
- Oversee planning inputs for all key project milestones, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Perform schedule risk analysis
- Liaise with cost engineering and commercial teams to align earned value data
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to planners
- Be the primary planning representative in client meetings, workshops, and executive reviews.
- Support bid teams with tender programmes
- SC Clearance required
