A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Planning Officer to manage complex planning applications and provide expert guidance. The role is a 6.5-month contract, potentially extended. Candidates must hold a relevant degree and have substantial experience in Development Management. The position requires strong negotiation and communication skills. Rate of Pay: £36.25 - £48.48 per hour
