Qualifications
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).

Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance and diagnostics on BMS systems.
- Provide clear, concise reports from PPM visits.
- Keep schedules and trackers up to date.
- Complete small repairs and remedial works.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment.
- Respond to customer callouts for system failures.
- Document all service activities and client interactions.
