PART- TIME Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
  • Working Pattern : Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, full-time in-office with flexibility required for additional hours
  • Salary : Pro rata £60-£70k

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a dynamic financial services and advisory environment. This traditional EA / PA role blends both business and personal support responsibilities, ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and adaptable.

Day-to-day of the role :
  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, briefing packs, and presentations.
  • Assist with speech preparation and event logistics.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business travel and itineraries.
  • Support with personal and family travel arrangements.
  • Manage appointments such as veterinary visits and kennels.
  • Oversee administrative matters related to a portfolio of UK and international real estate properties, including insurance coordination and liaison with property management agencies.
  • Schedule and manage logistics for attendance at industry events and forums.
  • Prepare materials and handle follow-up communications related to external board and advisory roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in a traditional EA / PA role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
