Managing Director – Multi-District Hospitality & Culture Portfolio (London)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Managing Director to lead a growing portfolio of large-scale hospitality and cultural districts across London. Each district combines restaurants, bars, live entertainment and event-led spaces, with new flagship concepts launching in 2026. You’ll have full P&L ownership and the mandate to shape some of the city’s most exciting destinations.

What You’ll Lead

• Full P&L responsibility across multiple districts, driving revenue, GP / COL performance and operational excellence.
• Demand generation and brand elevation across the portfolio, including high-impact launches for 2026 openings.
• Leadership of a multi-disciplinary team across Operations, Events, Commercial and central functions.
• Year-round programming — cultural, seasonal and sporting — to grow footfall, dwell time and spend.
• Expansion of the corporate & private events business across all districts.
• Implementation of consistent systems, SOPs and service standards.
• Delivery of an exceptional guest experience across restaurants, bars, venues and public spaces.
