Important

Surveyors registering at a class 2 level and above will be suitable for the projects handled by this organization.

Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector based in Essex.

Introduction

• We are working with an Approved Inspector looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to support sites in Essex. No site coverage outside Essex is required.

You will need

• Ability to manage various projects, primarily residential.
• Experience with residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to deliver a client-focused service.
• Proactive approach with current clients and proactive in acquiring new clients.
• In the process of obtaining registration at a class 2 level or above.

Working conditions / environment:

• Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home full-time.

Salary / Package:

• Salary ranges from £50,000 to £68,000 depending on experience, with a competitive package including: car allowance, pension scheme, bonus scheme, and more.
