A property management company in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their high-energy team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in residential lettings, excellent customer service skills, and a full driving license. Responsibilities include managing property viewings, tenant referencing, and ongoing tenancy management. This full-time permanent position offers a salary of £25,000 to £35,000 per year with benefits including additional leave.

- Arranging and attending property viewings, inspections, and inventories.
- Managing tenant referencing, move-ins, AST documentation, deposits, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
- Handling ongoing tenancy management.

Role Overview:
This is a fast-paced and varied role covering all aspects of the lettings process. Responsibilities include:
- Arranging and attending property viewings, inspections, and inventories.
- Managing tenant referencing, move-ins, AST documentation, deposits, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance and maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
- Handling ongoing tenancy management to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.
