Résumé du poste
A consultancy firm in South Hampshire is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to manage and deliver projects for a Local Authority. The role requires on-site presence for 3 days a week and involves overseeing a portfolio of 3,000 properties. Ideal candidates will be skilled in project management and hold a relevant degree, with experience in contractor management and health & safety legislation. This position offers a contract with a day rate of £325 for a 6-month duration.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree or HNC in Building Surveying or Construction.
- RICS or CIOB membership preferred.
- Experience with JCT and NEC contracts required.
Responsabilités
- Lead a team of Surveyors and allocate workloads.
- Prepare specifications and manage contracts.
- Procure and manage contractors, ensuring compliance.
