• Experience assessing/valuing properties for the market.

• Ability to develop relationships with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree on new tenancies.
• Generate new and repeat business.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
