Job summary

A consultancy firm in South Hampshire is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to manage and deliver projects for a Local Authority. The role requires on-site presence for 3 days a week and involves overseeing a portfolio of 3,000 properties. Ideal candidates will be skilled in project management and hold a relevant degree, with experience in contractor management and health & safety legislation. Qualifications

• Must hold a degree or HNC in Building Surveying or Construction.
• RICS or CIOB membership preferred.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts required.

Responsibilities

• Procure and manage contractors, ensuring compliance.
