Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to develop and manage safety programs and ensure compliance with legislation. The role involves conducting audits, managing key data, and developing wellbeing campaigns. This permanent position is based in Swindon, offering a competitive salary and a car allowance.

- Assist in developing and managing the Safety, Health and Environmental Management system.
- Develop content for HSE Training and awareness programmes.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Manage HSE data for trend analysis and response.
- Develop Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri – 37.5 hours per week

Car allowance included
- To assist in the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the Safety, Health and Environmental Management system by updating systems in line with changes in legislation or best practice.
- Assist with development of content for HSE Training and awareness programmes.
- Carry out inspections and audits in conjunction with appropriate management to ensure Company, Client and legislative requirements are being met and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with the management of key HSE data to enable accurate trend analysis and develop systems to ensure where trends are identified they are met with a suitable response.
- Assist with development of Occupational Health and Wellbeing campaigns increasing awareness within the business.
