Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365 and security-focused solutions in large organisations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Single Sign-On, and the Defender product suite.
• Ability to design multi-technology solutions and contribute to technical, bid, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to large internal and external audiences.
• Experience leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders, with strong people management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Microsoft 365 and hybrid solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor during presales, helping to shape solutions that win customer business.
• Present confidently to customers, validating requirements and supporting knowledge transfer.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and technical staff.
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions from initial design to delivery and handover.
