A dynamic HR consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Senior People Advisor for a 6-month FTC. This role combines hands-on delivery with advisory work across the employee lifecycle. You will provide first-line HR advice, manage recruitment activity, and ensure compliance. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of UK employment law. This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your HR expertise in a supportive environment.
Location: London (Holborn), 2/3x days a week
Salary: £52,000

A dynamic, growing organisation is seeking a capable and people-focused Senior People Advisor to join its People team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with advisory work and wants to play a meaningful role across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with People Business Partners and People Operations, the People Advisor will act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, delivering high-quality HR support while ensuring compliance, consistency and a positive employee experience.
