As a Logistics Team Leader, you play a key role in taking our award-winning service directly to customer’s doors - skilfully making sure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
An Auxillis branch is a busy, fast-paced place to be and, as Team Leader, you are involved at the very heart of it. You are a key part of the Branch Management Team, co-ordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
At heart, you’re a people person and, whilst you may set expectations high, you love to nurture those around you. You have a real talent for creating a productive, engaged team where everyone works together to get things done well and on time. With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, it’s over to you to inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it.
Being a successful Team Leader in branch is really about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others and your calm, ‘can-do’ attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction. Whereas knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environment may be useful (along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence of course!), what is more important to us is the drive and personality you can bring to the role.
With over 50 sites nationwide Auxillis are the go‑to provider for bespoke accident claims and mobility services for motorists, we’re trusted by some of the UK’s best known motor insurers and motoring brands to help their customers when they need it most.
We’re also part of something bigger - ZIGUP, a leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, supporting customers across the UK, Ireland, and Spain. We are proud to have been awarded a King's Award for Enterprise in 2025, recognised for our commitment to promoting opportunity and supporting social mobility. Unlock your potential in an industry‑leading business, surrounded by inspiring individuals and leaders, fuelled by the opportunity to thrive in your career.
We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where everyone can thrive. We actively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, identities, and abilities. If you need adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, just let us know. We’re here to support you.
