Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
  • Open and close the store and ensure all decisions are right for customers and colleagues.
  • Support the Store Manager for event coordination and maintaining store atmosphere.
  • Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well presented.
  • Manage queues and ensure great customer service is delivered.
  • Be a Keyholder for the store and attend alarm call-outs as necessary.
