A leading construction firm in East London is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting refurbishment project within a school. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record with reputable contractors, especially in educational settings. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus package is offered for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Site Manager in educational projects.
- Ability to manage refurbishments in a live school setting.
- Qualifications in SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the refurbishment project in a live school environment.
- Ensure safety compliance and project delivery on time.
- Coordinate with contractors and school staff.

My client is a privately owned construction company with an enviable reputation for successfully undertaking new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects for a variety of private and public sector clients.
The majority of their projects are within the education, leisure, commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential sectors. The company are very busy and as a result are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager.
The Site Manager will initially be working on a project in East London within the education sector. The project is refurbishment job within a live school environment, and is expected to run until early 2017. They are looking for a Site Manager that has experience working on school projects within a live environment.
Key Requirements:
- Track record working for a reputable main contractor
- Experience working on projects within the education sector
- Familiar working in a live environment
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
