Role
The tasks include building training and education infrastructure and strategy in the APAC region, being responsible for the creation, implementation and tracking of educational programs, focusing on the market needs and aligned with the business strategies. The Head of Training and Education is responsible to guide the strategy behind the educational programs in APAC, ensuring that needs in regional markets are addressed by the programs. Quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned activities, resource planning, know-how will be monitored by the professional, guaranteeing that the programs are in line with the guidelines provided by the global headquarters.
