GI are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a company in Atherstone.

• Start Times from 2 pm or 7 pm (Average 8‑9 Hours per Shift)
• Working 5 on / 3 off

• £13.10 for any hours worked before 10 pm
• £16.38 for any hours worked after 10 pm
• After 12 weeks:
  • £14.56 for any hours worked before 10 pm
  • £18.20 for any hours worked after 10 pm

• Order picking using voice headset – training provided
• Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Pallet wrapping
• Quality checking goods
• Delivering to despatch
• Loading and unloading – training provided

• Paid breaks
• Permanent contract after 12 weeks
• Company benefits upon becoming permanent
• Internal training

• Must have own transport to Atherstone
• Be available to work weekends on a rota
• This job will be on a fixed‑term contract until March 2027, when the company will be relocating to Coalville
