A leading NHS organization in Greater Manchester is seeking a Domestic Assistant to maintain cleanliness in wards, offices, and public spaces. The role involves cleaning patients’ rooms and communal areas, requiring good communication skills and a caring demeanor. There are flexible working hours available, with no formal entry requirement but an NVQ Level 1 in cleaning preferred. As a Domestic Assistant you will be responsible for keeping wards, offices, and public areas clean to a high standard. You will work as part of the domestic service team, as well as part of the wider community within the hospital setting.
There is no entry requirement to become a domestic assistant, however you may be required to complete NVQ Level 1 in cleaning.
When you start as a domestic you will attend an induction and all relevant training will be given.
