Reporting directly to the Director of Contracts and Subcontracts for RUK the Associate Director for Contract and Subcontracts with have oversight and responsibility for all commercial and subcontract activities for various RUK business areas that will align to the business requirements. The role will lead a team of Contracts and Subcontract senior managers to inspire their teams to deliver customer excellence by partnering with their business areas. The role holder will be strategic detail oriented have excellent negotiation skills and proven experience of leading a team.
