A sports marketing firm is seeking a Sales Lead to identify and manage revenue-generating opportunities aligned with their commercial strategy. This role requires someone with strong commercial instincts, experience in sales preferably in sports media or entertainment, and the ability to manage complex relationships. The successful candidate will spend 75% of their time pursuing new business and will also upsell existing accounts. Flexibility to travel and work internationally is essential for this role, alongside competency in using Salesforce to track sales activities.

Our Media Rights & Live Production business helps rights holders navigate todays fast-changing media landscape. We provide data-driven insights package rights for market and unlock new revenue streams. Through our Staylive platform we power hundreds of streaming services and our live production department offers remote solutions and content curation that help rights holders reach new audiences.
New Business is a key horizon of growth for Staylive within the Two Circles business. Against proven strategies of Net-New sales and Take Share initiatives 2026 will be a critical year in the onboarding of new accounts to the Staylive platform following another consecutive year of double‑digit growth.
The primary role of the Sales Lead is to identify manage and deliver against revenue generating opportunities for the business in line with the commercial strategy of new business sales. They will work closely with the Commercial Director to execute this growth strategy delivering on individual and combined revenue targets through obtaining new business sales and also upsell opportunities within named existing accounts.
