A leading talent advisory firm in London is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Director or Director to lead healthcare campaigns and client relationships. This role requires at least 9 years of experience in healthcare or public affairs and a strong track record in business development. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and dynamic Senior Associate Director or Director to join a rapidly growing team in London, specialising in health policy, public affairs, and communications. You’ll be working with a diverse range of high-profile clients, spanning emerging biotech, established pharmaceuticals, and public health organisations, in a role that promises exposure to some of the most pressing challenges in the healthcare sector.
As Senior Associate Director, you will lead strategic campaigns across the healthcare sector. You will provide expert advice, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and drive new business. In addition, you will guide a talented team, manage client accounts, and ensure excellent service at every stage.
Lead public affairs, health policy, and communications campaigns for top healthcare clients.
Drive business development to grow the healthcare portfolio.
Oversee client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
Develop integrated communication strategies for politicians, media, and stakeholders.
Provide strategic counsel and lead teams to deliver high-impact projects.
At least 9 years’ experience in healthcare, public affairs, or communications.
Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
A successful track record navigating the UK healthcare policy landscape.
Evidence of driving impactful communications strategies.
Business development expertise with lasting client relationships.
Ability to deliver integrated campaigns across media, digital, and advocacy.
