Job summary
A growing financial organisation in the UK is seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to link finance with the broader organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who\'s ready to step into a highly visible, influential role at the heart of the business.
As the Finance Business Partner, you\'ll be the key link between finance and the wider organisation, working closely with operational and commercial leaders to drive performance, improve decision making, and support the company\'s strategic goals. Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you will have real ownership and the autonomy to shape how this role evolves.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis and commercial guidance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with department heads to ensure accuracy and accountability.

- Analyse business performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the Finance Director in developing financial strategy and shaping best-practice processes.

Essential requirements :
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
