Job summary
A dynamic manufacturing organisation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for standard costing, inventory management, and financial reporting. Key qualifications include strong manufacturing finance experience and CIMA/ACCA qualification. The role also promotes strategic initiatives and informs key business decisions. - CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead standard costing, inventory management, and analysis of manufacturing variances.
- Provide finance business partnering to operations and commercial teams.
- Deliver clear reporting on stock, margins, variances, and working capital.
- Manage month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
