The Role

Reporting to the CFO based in Europe, you will be responsible for the production, consolidation and delivery of financial information at both subsidiary and Group level. This will include providing forecasts and meeting statutory requirements as well as overseeing the continued development of the company’s financial and strategic planning systems.

This is a role that combines the need for a practical, hands‑on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives and to operate at the highest levels within a dynamic, international manufacturing group.

The Person
  • Professionally qualified and computer literate
  • A “can‑do” attitude and an inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proven experience in systems improvement and business reporting.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and translate business requirements into system enhancements.
  • Hands‑on experience in investigating, optimising, and improving business systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with European based finance and operational teams.
  • Ideally with experience of Microsoft Business Central ERP System.
