• Confident in engaging with non-finance teams and willing to challenge when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead standard costing, inventory management, and analysis of manufacturing variances.
• Provide finance business partnering to operations and commercial teams.
• Deliver clear reporting on stock, margins, variances, and working capital.
• Manage month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
