Job summary

A growing tax platform in the UK is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to enhance client onboarding and improve processes. The ideal candidate will have an ACA qualification and strong project management skills, alongside proficiency in Excel. You'll act as a customer liaison, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will involve working collaboratively with teams to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data and developing training content for customers.
• Proven experience analysing large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple on-boardings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers to understand their commercial objectives.
• Establish strong customer relationships and ensure timely onboarding.
• Migrate and maintain the quality of clients' data to Caribou's systems.
• Train clients on how to use Caribou effectively.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
