BCL Legal is excited to partner with a leading UK law firm in the recruitment of a Private Client Partner for its thriving Worcester office. The office has experienced significant growth over the past few years and is now looking for a senior leader to help shape and grow their Private Client offering in the West Midlands. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role within one of the UK's largest Private Client teams, which comprises nearly 120 specialists.

As Private Client Partner, you will take responsibility for leading and developing the Worcester-based Private Client practice.

• Providing strategic direction and leadership to the growing Private Client team in the West Midlands.
• Delivering expert legal advice on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, succession planning, probate, LPAs, and more.
• Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), business families, and landed estates, many of whom have complex and high-value UK and international portfolios.
• Collaborating across departments to deliver holistic, integrated legal support to clients.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
• Driving business development and enhancing the firm's market profile in the region.

• A proven track record in advising HNW/UHNW clients, particularly those with complex assets or international elements.
• Leadership skills and the ability to develop practice areas and manage teams.

• STEP qualification or membership in relevant professional bodies is highly desirable.
