A government agency in Wales is looking for an Apprenticeship Manager to shape and deliver apprenticeship policy. The role includes leading policy development, managing stakeholder engagement, and supporting budget allocation. Candidates should have experience in policy implementation and excellent communication skills. This position offers opportunities to influence strategic direction in skills development across Wales.
As part of the Social Partnership, Employability and Fair Work Directorate, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Welsh Government's Apprenticeship policy. This is an opportunity to influence strategic direction and make a real impact on skills development across Wales.
Successful candidates will be appointed to one of two Apprenticeship Manager posts for the duration of the secondment or loan. As an Apprenticeship Manager, you will lead and support a broad range of work including policy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, budget support, monitoring & reporting, and Government Business.
