Your Role
  • Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary partners to design and deliver coordinated care packages that make a real difference every day.

Monitor, assess, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

Provide clinical training and support for registered and non‑registered staff.

Act as a credible role model and resource for colleagues.

Offer clinical advice to multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.

Participate in the on‑call rota and ensure evidence‑based practice.

Assess staff skills and competency, and provide holistic support for families and carers.

Qualifications
  • Registered Children's Nurse (NMC) with diploma or degree‑level education
  • Experience with children and young people with complex needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
