Job summary
A leading project management company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee upgrades to the DC power infrastructure in the London underground. This role requires experience with NEC contracts and rail project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in project management and a Sentinel card. The contract is for 6 months with a competitive rate and offers hybrid working options.
Qualifications
- NEC contract management experience required.
- Experience with rail projects and stakeholder management.
- Professional qualification in project management or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Deliver upgrades to DC power infrastructure for the London underground.
- Manage live contracts, design aspects, and NEC contract compliance.
- Attend meetings, engage with stakeholders, and conduct site visits.

Education
Are you a Project manager with experience on NEC contracts?
Have you worked on power projects within the rail industry?
Rate: £405 - £455 - Inside IE35
Contract length: 6 Months
Location: Stratford - 2 days WFh
Project: DC Power Upgrade - Underground Rail
- Deliver upgrades to DC power infrastructure across the London underground networks, including installation of feeder cables and isolation switches.
- Manage live and upcoming contracts, design and commercial aspects, and ensure NEC contract compliance.
- Attend meetings with commercial implications, oversee design and delivery, liaise with stakeholders, and conduct site visits as needed.
- NEC contract management
- TfL/Rail project delivery experience
- Stakeholder and meeting management experience
- Experience in managing complex infrastructure projects
- Professional Qualification in Project Management or equivalent
- Sentinel card
- Experience with DC power systems
