Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fenestration, window, or door industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of installation processes and industry regulations is required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contracts from pre-start to final handover.
• Oversee and support two Site Managers across two active sites.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Attend client and contractor meetings, providing regular progress updates.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations across all sites.
• Resolve issues swiftly to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
