VANRATH are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to work on high end fit out projects, based in Antrim, Northern Ireland and working on projects in London, England.

Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects. They are working on some prestigious projects over in London and have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on permanent basis. The Project Manager will be based in Antrim full time with travel to London required 1 or 2 days per week or 2 to 3 days every fortnight.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure all necessary resources are in place to meet deadlines
• Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial targets
• Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards, including implementation of the Control Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Effectively manage all project resources including staff, labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and internal departments (e.g., design and factory teams)
• Set clear targets and reporting procedures, and measure team and stakeholder performance against these standards
• Act as the primary liaison with clients and their representatives, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly
• Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and maintain accurate, contemporary records to protect the company's position
• Implement and uphold company Operations and Safety Management Procedures on all projects. Demonstrate a high standard of safety at all times throughout the project
• Undertake any other responsibilities within your knowledge, experience, or competency as requested by senior management.

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Experience working on high end fit out projects
• Track record working as a Project Manager
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
• Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control
• Excellent management skills
• Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Able to commute to Antrim on a daily basis
• Happy to travel and stay away when required
