Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee sales projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and sales, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong mechanical background is a must. The job requires the coordinator to assist Delta’s very strong outside sales team in ensuring their projects are progressing smoothly. This position will require the candidate to be able to speak to others to create mutually beneficial solutions regarding payment terms, contracts, engineering dilemmas, and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project planning to completion.
2. Coordinate with engineers and sales team to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Monitor project progress and performance against established timelines and budgets.
4. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
5. Facilitate communication among team members to address issues promptly.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Willing to travel 10%

Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 3-5+ years in sales and project management

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, DOE
