- Experience as an Assistant QS or Quantity Surveyor within residential construction.
- Understanding of construction processes and standard forms of contract.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the commercial function on multiple residential schemes.
- Prepare budgets, cost plans, valuations, and cost reports.
- Procure subcontractors and support negotiations.
- Manage payments, variations, and contract administration.
- Monitor project costs and challenge overspend.

We're recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a respected residential developer in their Worcester office. Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you'll support the financial and contractual management of multiple housing developments across the Midlands.
