A leading health organization in North Wales seeks Health Care Assistants to join their team. This role involves supporting patients and nursing staff while ensuring high standards of care, particularly focusing on infection prevention. Ideal candidates will collaborate effectively within a team yet also work independently as needed. Welsh language skills are beneficial but not required.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Enlli ward. We are looking for two health care assistance to join our team. The Enlli Ward comprises 15 dedicated elective orthopaedic arthroplasty beds and places a strong emphasis on infection prevention, recognising its importance for the well-being of our patients and staff.
As a Health Care Assistant, you will collaborate closely with nursing staff to support daily operations, contributing to the overall care and well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. Your role is vital in fostering a safe and nurturing environment for all.
The ideal candidate will be encouraged to collaborate effectively within a team to uphold high standards of care, while also demonstrating the capacity to work independently when needed.
The Enlli Ward comprises 15 dedicated beds and places a strong emphasis on infection prevention, recognising its importance for the well-being of our patients and staff.
Rota schedules are designed to cover a full 24-hour period and incorporate a balanced mix of both day and night shifts.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
