I'm working with a leading property services and maintenance provider who are seeking a Planning Administrator to join their team in Basingstoke. This is a key support role at the heart of the operation, coordinating planned works and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Arrange and schedule works with tenants, ensuring appointments are confirmed and managed effectively.
- Liaise with subcontractors to coordinate site attendance and resolve any scheduling issues.
- Carry out general administrative and planning duties to support the wider team.
- Update records, trackers, and systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an administrative or planning/coordinator role (ideally within construction, housing, or maintenance).
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with tenants, subcontractors, and colleagues.
- Proficient in IT systems and record keeping.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
