Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule workflows for each department based on demands and lead times.
• Provide agency labour forecasts based on supply chain requirements and staff availability.
• Collaborate on shift planning with operations, technical, engineering, hygiene, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Optimise production runs to minimise waste and downtime.
• Investigate and reduce rework in collaboration with the production and despatch team.
