What you will do:

• Perform day-to-day routine bench work in Blood Sciences, utilising both automated (Roche Cobas, Beckman DxH 800, Sysmex CA 660) and manual techniques, such as Blood Films.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments and the Laboratory Manager.
• Ensure reliable stock maintenance and efficient ordering processes.
• Undertake other duties consistent with those of a Specialist Biomedical Scientist.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential to ensure adherence to the highest standards of practice.
• A full driving licence is necessary to navigate this beautiful island and its various work locations.
