We’re searching for a UK-based Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team, so that we can ensure global legal entity compliance and maintain robust corporate governance across our operations. The Corporate Paralegal will support day-to-day secretarial and governance activities to uphold regulatory requirements and contribute to the smooth running of our legal and compliance functions.
Preparing and reviewing corporate filings and governance documents to ensure compliance in the UK, US, and other jurisdictions
Maintaining legal entity records and organizational charts in order to support ongoing rationalisation projects and accurate reporting
Managing corporate secretarial tasks, including resolutions, share registers, and statutory filings to support global entity operations
Supporting the European legal team on commercial contract reviews, NDAs, and ad hoc legal projects to enable business operations
Liaising with HMRC and other stakeholders to execute equity-related matters such as share issues, transfers, and buybacks
Experience in a legal, governance, or company secretarial role, ideally within private practice or in-house
Proven success in managing corporate governance documentation and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions
In-depth knowledge of English company secretarial practices and legislation (Companies Act 2006, UK Corporate Governance Code)
Ability to commute to our UK office [insert number] days a week (or as needed)
Sincere interest in corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and supporting an ethical, compliant organization
A knack for working collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment
