Experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. Technical knowledge in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and an interest in AI development.

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams serve as 'customer zero' for testing new products
• Gather feedback to shape technical roadmaps
• Manage 'end of life' products and communicate updates
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation for solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services
• Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on implementation
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation processes
