We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow with eBonding Solution Architect with proven expertise in delivering projects within complex, multi-vendor environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of key projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shapes and drives the stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring the successful development and implementation of innovative business solutions for customers.
• Leads the project delivery team and supplier network, ensuring ownership of dependencies, milestones, and risks in line with operating model standards and delivery frameworks, while inspiring team engagement to achieve business objectives.
• Identifies and implements quality and efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance processes and deliver more effective, customer‑focused solutions.
