Responsibilities
- Act as the key user of the CAFM system, managing records and reporting.
- Respond promptly to calls and emails, prioritising requests accurately.
- Maintain communication between the Facilities Team and end users.
- Liaise with engineers and managers to ensure service quality.
- Review subcontractor performance and provide feedback.
