Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key user of the CAFM system, managing records and reporting.
  • Respond promptly to calls and emails, prioritising requests accurately.
  • Maintain communication between the Facilities Team and end users.
  • Liaise with engineers and managers to ensure service quality.
  • Review subcontractor performance and provide feedback.
