THE ROLE
This role will focus on driving large high-value Life Sciences audiences and delegate revenue through omnichannel lead generation. You will work to attract and engage some inim of the world’s leading pharma, biotech, medtech and health tech organisations and play a key part in shaping Kisaco's influence across healthcare landscapes including AI Drug Discovery & Development. The AI Drug Discovery & Development (AIDDD) Summit is a flagship event in Kisaco Research’s life sciences portfolio representing one of the fastest-growing communities in pharma innovation. Since its launch in 2022 AIDDD has evolved from a niche meeting on AI in early discovery into a global summit covering the entire R&D value chain from biology and chemistry through to process development and clinical trials. The 2025 Boston edition hosts over 500 attendees and 100 speakers making it the largest and most influential AIDDD to date. This continued growth reflects the sector’s accelerating adoption of AI and the summit’s unique position as a trusted neutral forum uniting scientists, technologists and R&D leaders across the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Ø Leadership & Team Development
- Ø Build full transparency over portfolio KPIs and lead continuous performance improvement.
- Ø Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing Life Sciences marketing team.
- Ø Plan resourcing 6-12 months ahead ensuring roles are filled in time to support campaign cycles.
- Ø Equip the team with the tools and inputs needed to win (CRM lead gen tools, audience briefs, data insights).
- Ø Run PDPs coaching and training including managing performance and difficult conversations effectively.
- Ø Lead cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Production, Ops and other functional heads.
Strategy & Performance
- Ø Create a client and science‑centric marketing culture grounded in deep audience and market insight.
- Ø Build Life Sciences personas and customer journeys spanning industry segments.
- Ø Develop audience‑mapping funnel strategy and website journeys tailored to Life Sciences buying behaviours.
- Ø Grow portfolio communities and year‑round industry dialogue with credible thought leadership.
- Ø Own and evolve the Life Sciences portfolio brand architecture and messaging.

- Ø Partner with Delegate Sales to develop an embedded retention strategy.

Skills & Experience
