A leading education service provider in Bolton is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts. In this role, you will identify business opportunities, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and maintain CRM records. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with proven B2B and B2C sales experience. The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £30,000) with a flexible hybrid working model.
This role is 70% inbound leads and 30% outbound generation, speaking with potential customers who are looking to invest in development through the CIPD qualification.
Your role is to speak with potential customers, explain the services and support available via HRC Online, and determine which package would best help them reach their study goals.
Salary: £25,000 + Commission Upcapped - (OTE £30,000)
Hybrid working will be 2 days a week in the office
