Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Moorgate, City of London

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000 pa

About this role:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this is a fast-moving, hands-on role that covers a mix of B2B and B2C work. You'll help create, run, and track multi-channel campaigns, along with supporting various projects. It's a highly collaborative role, working closely with teams across product, operations, and sales.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Head of Digital Marketing and the Marketing Manager's campaign calendars and work via their direction with other departments to implement lead campaigns utilising all channels within the marketing mix.
  2. Use our HubSpot CRM to build, develop, and maintain automation journeys and flows to support campaign activities.
  3. Liaise with internal teams to ensure that data and content work together seamlessly.
  4. Generate ideas for campaign assets from our dedicated content team or third-party providers.
  5. Work closely with other members of the marketing team to support web content, campaign landing pages, paid and organic social media, SEO, AdWords, and retargeting.
  6. Set up, execute, and monitor email campaigns.
  7. Measure ROI and use data to report on performance, identify trends, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  8. Proactively address marketing issues and provide solutions.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on marketing, CRM, and marketing automation experience (HubSpot preferred, Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce considered).
  • Technical literacy with familiarity in data processes and governance.
  • Deep knowledge of digital and non-digital marketing channels.
  • Experience in Education or B2B is highly favorable but not essential.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and self-motivate.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
