As our new Inside Sales Representative , you will be part of EMEA Sales team, responsible for driving the success of our Laboratory Service Sales division in the UK and Ireland markets . This portfolio of solutions includes repair and maintenance contracts, learning services, laboratory relocations, asset management and digital solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Achieving sales targets by driving remote sales opportunities through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels with both existing customers and new prospects.
• Preparing accurate quotes, understanding customer needs, and proactively addressing those needs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with procurement teams, laboratory managers, and end users.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities through creative and strategic approaches.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and ensuring the CRM system is consistently updated.
• Collaborating proactively with internal teams and stakeholders to support customer success and business growth.
The ideal candidate will be based in the UK and available to work from one of our offices in Cheadle, Greater Manchester or Harwell, Oxfordshire . However, we are open to considering a remote working arrangement within the UK.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
• University degree in a life science discipline (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology…)
• Fluent in English with full professional working proficiency
• Previous experience in sales is highly valued and would be considered a strong asset.
On a personal level, you are proactive , outgoing and customer focused. You also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with many external and internal partners. You show a real can-do attitude , resilience and you enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team . Whilst being flexible and adaptable , you have also strong planning , organizational and time management skills .

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
