Location: Hemswell Cliff, Lincolnshire (commutable from Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Gainsborough & Doncaster)
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE | OTE: £33,000–£42,000

You’ll manage and grow relationships with brands across health, wellness and supplements – from emerging start-ups to established names – owning the customer journey from prospecting to long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with in-house experts across product, procurement and planning to deliver technically informed, commercially smart solutions.

The Role – Account Executive / Sales Executive

You’ll drive B2B sales growth, manage key accounts and win new business across private label, contract manufacturing and branded supplements.

This is a consultative, insight-led role for someone who wants to understand what they’re selling, translate technical detail into customer value, and build partnerships with real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and win new B2B customers through strategic prospecting
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for defined markets
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and specifications and close deals
  • Build long-term, trusted customer relationships
  • Develop strong product and industry knowledge
  • Translate technical detail into clear customer value
  • Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecasts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
About You
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Consultative sales style with strong commercial acumen
  • Interest in health, wellness, nutraceuticals or technically led products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, resilient and self-motivated
  • Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Willing to travel to clients and events
