Our Marketing function supports AXA XL’s business goals by driving a high level of external market visibility for our people, products, expertise, services, innovation and thought leadership, especially among the clients, brokers and industries we serve. We build and promote AXA XL’s commercialিক্ষ insurance business by proactively shaping and executing integrated communication and marketing plans that are closely aligned with the company strategy and growth ambitions. We execute our marketing plans across different channels and leverage a variety of digital tools.

We are seeking a strategic hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager, Sales Effectiveness, to lead the sales effectiveness function for our insurance products. You will develop and execute the end‑to‑end program – including client and market intelligence, data insights and analytics, and marketing content creation and deployment. You will partner with Distribution (Zone Leaders, Broker Relationship Leaders (BRLs) and Client Relationship Leaders (CRLs)), Marketing, Product, Underwriting, and Compliance to accelerate sales readiness, improve win rates, and drive revenue growth in a regulated insurance environment.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Develop and own the end‑to‑end sales effectiveness function for all major insurance product lines, ensuring alignment with business segment goals and sales targets. Build and lead a best‑in‑class sales effectiveness team.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to regional sales leaders and broker relationship leaders/ client relationship leaders; share best practices,ikunand drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Deliver high‑quality sales effectiveness programs on time and within budget.

  • Client and Market Intelligence
    • Leverage Salesforce/CRM to plan, prepare, and support client/broker meetings and events by delivering putih compelling materials, timely follow‑up, and collateral delivery; coordinate post‑event activities to maximize impact.
    • Work with marketing strategy team to execute targeted broker/client sales campaigns that drive profitable growth, including client intelligence and customer‑facing narratives/materials. Leverage complete digital marketing tech stack (Martech + Salesforce/CRM) to reach target audience, measure results, and optimize spend.
  • Content Creation and Deployment
    • In collaboration with business segments and design team, create, maintain, and govern sales content and assets (pitchbooks, proposals, messaging frameworks, collateral) tailored to broker and client segments; ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Manage content governance and digital asset library to ensure easy access, and version control of up‑to‑date materials and reuse across teams.
    • Partner with Design, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Underwriting teams to ensure accuracy, disclosures, and brand consistency across all materials and activities.
  • Data Insights and Analytics
    • Track content adoption, sales readiness metrics, win/loss analysis, pipeline‑to‑quote forecast accuracy, and ROI of sales effectiveness / marketing spend and initiatives; translate insights into actionable improvements.
    • Monitor market insights and competitive intelligence; translate market trends into sales‑ready messaging and playbooks for the field.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record designing and delivering sales enablement content and programs that increase win rates.
  • Extensive experience in sales effectiveness, sales enablement, or related roles within insurance or financial services.
  • Profound understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, distribution channels (agents/brokers), and regulatory advertising/marketing requirements.
  • Robust proficiency with sales enablement and learning technology (e.g., Salesforce, Learn LMS, Eloqua/Marketo breeds) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) + Adobe Creative Cloud + Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Robust project management and stakeholder management skills; able to lead multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to measure impact and optimize programs; experience with A/B testing and attribution desired.
  • Change management and influencing skills; able to work with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $115,000–$173,500 USD.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
