A leading utility company in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance business processes and conduct root cause analysis. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to implement improvements. Key candidate requirements include extensive knowledge of SAP, strong analytical thinking, and proven problem-solving skills. The Senior Business Analyst has accountability for root cause analysis, business improvement & change, reporting, identification and establishment of effective process controls, and the definition and recommendation of improvements for senior management approval. This incorporates the accountability for the outsource invoice validations and contract management and the improvements identified will help to manage the outsource budget.
For this expert knowledge in the system would be appreciated (Example: SAP CRM and ISU, UI5).
